Nash Consulting operates under the principle that organizations, like families, operate most effectively when systemic issues are addressed directly and honestly.

Nash Consulting offers its clients many years of experience, along with clarity, humor, collaboration, and creativity in diagnosing and solving the various difficulties that tend to keep human systems from experiencing their full potential.

Michael Nash
  • BA in Social Work from the University of Washington
  • MA in Applied Behavioral Sciences with an emphasis on Organizational Development Consulting
  • 18 years of direct management experience

Michael brings 14 years of experience in assisting organizations in achieving excellence by focusing on role clarity, management skills, organizational health, communication, diagnostics and problem solving, personal employee development,
organizational structure issues, leadership training, and more.   Michael enjoys cross country skiing in his home town of Leavenworth, Washington and recreating with his wife and four teenagers.

Everyone was so pleased with the entire retreat experience, that without exception, all of our department heads and office administrators were anxious for Michael to come into their individual departments back at the home office.   Many of Michael’s training components are now a formal part of our supervisory curriculum, and we continue to see benefits as a result of this training.
